Elsie - Orthodontic Assistant

Hello and welcome! I am one of Dr. Jennings' and Dr. Tottenham's orthodontic assistants, and I am very excited to meet you. I enjoy working in orthodontics and at this practice in particular. I love getting to know our patients, making them feel comfortable, and letting them know that they are important. We have some of the best patients in Texas, and we like to keep them smiling. As for working at the practice, everybody here is like family. The women who I work with are so much fun, and our doctors have a great sense of humor. It's a wonderful place to be, filled with laughter and great smiles.

When I'm not at the practice, I enjoy being with my family. My husband, Richard, and I have a son, Jonathan, and a daughter, Dominique (who also works in this practice). In November 2009, my husband and I became grandparents for the first time to a beautiful granddaughter named Ella! In my free time, I love spending as much time as possible with Ella, as well as jogging, enjoying good music, gardening, and cooking.

Kelly - Orthodontic Assistant

Welcome to our practice, I am excited to have the chance to work with you! Orthodontics is a great opportunity for people wanting to improve the way they look and feel, and I love being able to help others gain the confidence they deserve with a beautiful, new smile. What I enjoy about working in orthodontics are the people I work with, both the patients and the team. I look forward to making our patients and their parents feel welcome when they visit our practice.

Outside of the practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Daniel. We are soon to be the proud parents of our first child, a baby boy, who is due in June! We also have three dogs, Tia, Kali, and Bowser, who keep us quite busy. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, crafts, decorating, and spending time with family and friends.

Dominique - Office Manager

Welcome! If you've ever visited our practice, you may recognize me! I am usually one of the first or last people that you will see at your appointment. I enjoy greeting and talking with new and old patients, and helping them with all of their scheduling, financial, and insurance needs. As the office manager, it is my job to make sure that you enjoy your time spent with us. Our practice has an amazing team of great people who are all passionate about orthodontics, and most importantly, about smiling! We all love to laugh and make our patients feel at home.

On a personal note, I have a B.S. in Microbiology from Texas A&M University and a Master's in Health Care Administration from Texas Woman's University. I am married to my high school and college sweetheart of 13 years, Dr. Shawn M. Rodgers, who is a dentist in Houston. In 2009, we were blessed with a beautiful, precious baby girl, who we named Ella Alexandria. We also have a wonderful West Highland Terrier named Alfie. When I'm not at the practice, I love spending time with my wonderful family. I also enjoy traveling in the U.S. and abroad, going to concerts, shopping, decorating, archery, playing a round of golf, taking weekend walks at Herman Park, and visiting with friends. I am a member of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students, the Texas Woman's University Former Students Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a Delta Gamma Sorority alumna.

Sue - Office Manager

Hi! I am pleased to welcome you to our practice, and excited to work with throughout your orthodontic treatment. Our office is a great place to receive orthodontic care. Our team of doctors and staff are dedicated to orthodontics and making sure that you receive the level of care you deserve. Our team is very close; we laugh a lot, and we always put our patients and their families first. I love coming to work each day, and I look forward to helping all of our patients with their orthodontic needs.

Working in orthodontics has been a major part of my life. I've been working in orthodontics for over 20 years. Another big part of my life is my family. My husband, Carroll Wayne, and I have two children, Lissa and Clay, a son-in-law, Wally, a daughter-in-law, Stacey, and four wonderful grandchildren, Great, Chase, Jackson, and Walt. We also have two pets, a dog, named Chico, and a cat, named Nich. Outside of the practice, I am a member and hold a chair position with the Blue Bird Circle. I enjoy attending church, reading, sewing, gardening, and visiting my grandchildren. I am also a former aerobic dancing instructor!

Kathy - Chairside Assistant

Hi, and welcome! I am excited that you have chosen our practice for your orthodontic care. Just one visit to our practice and you'll notice that we are a different kind of orthodontic practice. From the incredibly fun office dcor, to the individual time we time spend with each patient; we do everything that we can to make sure you always feel at home and special when you visit our practice. I love working here with the team and the patients. My favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing how something as simple as a beautiful smile can truly change the lives of so many people. I also appreciate or doctors. They do everything they can to stay current with the newest technology, and they encourage everybody on our team to do the same. Continuing to learn and gain new skills keeps my job interesting and fun.

I enjoy spending time with my family when I'm not at the practice. My husband, Steve, and I have two daughters, Tristyn and Tabatha, and a new granddaughter, Jayden. In my free time, I love visiting my granddaughter, going to the beach, listening to music, and watching my favorite show, "Dancing with the Stars." I am one of five children, and I come from a very close family, so it's no wonder that my family is the most important part of my life!
